9. Woods Seafood

This restaurant will not give you drinking water to have with your meal. Rather, they only sell bottled water, forcing the customer to pay an additional few bucks for a service that is customarily provided by other establishments as a courtesy to its customers. I don't know if Woods' policy is in compliance with local health codes, but nevertheless, forcing the dining public to purchase water is very customer unfriendly!
