My boyfriend and I have had several lovely meals here, and have only found the staff to be very friendly, overly polite and helpful. We will continue to dine there!

I booked a window seat for 4 people last year and rang to reconfirm a day before we due to arrive. When we arrived 10 minutes early, the table had been given to someone else and the staff didn't care at all that we were upset. This nearly spoiled my daughter's birthday. I would never waste my time going there again after such rude behavior from staff.
