Found near the fish market on the Barbican, Cap'n Jaspers is a popular food stand. It offers hot meals and the freedom to sit and eat where you like. It's simply a cool place to be. The place is open from early in the morning for the fishermen till late at night for those who have the munchies after the pubs shut. The food is cooked in front of you too order and you add as much and as many relishes as you like. I love this place, it's always a busy and happnin' venue. Great view.
