YAUCO.   The locals come here for the cozy atmosphere and the house specialty � twice cooked "can can" pork chops. Other favorites are steak and onions and hearty homemade stews of island vegetables and meat or seafood. Located a bit outside of Ponce, this stop is an excellent place to experience a bit of local flavor.   (© 10Best)
