DOWNTOWN.   This downtown Portland park features a variety of fun activities for all ages. Visitors can view public art, enjoy hiking and biking trails or visit historic sites like the Founders Stone, Battleship Oregon Memorial or the Japanese American Historical Plaza. One of the top parks in Portland, Waterfront Park features Salmon Street Springs, where more than 4,000 gallons of water are recycled through this fountain while visitors parade through the streams of water.   (© 10Best)
