36. Spring Break Around the World

The Buzz -- Did you know squirrel droppings are used in Asia for medicinal purposes? Or that you can eat the seeds from the Baobab tree in Africa but you may become attractive to crocodiles? During the week of March 23 – March 27, the World Forestry Center will explore different continents and cultures with crafts, story telling, entertainment, and first-hand accounts of foreigners visiting America and telling of their experiences in another country. Each day will focus on a different region. Activities will be from 11 am – 3pm each day and are included with museum admission. World Forestry Center Members are always free.
