It doesn’t have to be Mardi Gras to enjoy this cozy Creole restaurant in Portland. International flair makes the food at Acadia delicious and sophisticated. Try the smoked chicken, duck and Andouille jambalaya or the Bacon and Fourme D’ambert salad, featuring blue cheese and spiced pear vinaigrette. Of course, no Cajun menu is complete without po boys, but go on a Wednesday since that’s the only day they serve lunch.
