Meaning “our kitchen,” Nuestra Cocina is a Portland international restaurant that is family owned and run. Chef Gonzales’ passion lies in his native cuisine, and it shows brightly in authentic Mexican dishes like a roasted poblano stuffed with shredded pork or barbequed lamb shoulder braised in a banana leaf.
