NOB HILL.   Paley’s Place, a Portland organic restaurant, is Vitaly and Kimberly Paley’s rebuttal to chain restaurants in the area. As a painter and dancer, this husband-wife duo offers an artistic environment with their Portland cuisine. Local, organic and sustainable ingredients are infused in their Northwestern fare.
