The interior features lots of wood, stone, and leather and is as substantial as the cuts of steak. Opt for the signature prime rib, or sample a rib-eye, tenderloin, or New York strip. Each one is perfectly cooked, nothing extraneous, nothing fancy. If beef isn't your style, other possibilities include lamb chops, fresh seafood, pork, lobster, and chicken.
