34. Rocket

Chef and co-owner Leather Storrs is on top of the world, or so it seems at Rocket, a new restaurant on the top floor of an eco-friendly building in Lower Burnside. Rocket's lofty perch not only boasts twinkling city views but also a rooftop garden that provides ingredients for the playful new American menu, which features such dishes as crisp pierogies with catfish, sauteed beef on toast with fried onions and arugula from the roof, and house-made tongue hot dogs.
