PEARL DISTRICT.   Located in the Portland Pearl District, Blue Sky Gallery is one of the most important photography exhibition centers in the country. Begun in 1975, this Portland gallery has blossomed from a grassroots photography center into what is now known as the Oregon Center for the Photographic Arts. A non-profit organization, Blue Sky Gallery has a knack for discovering new and innovative artists.
