PEARL DISTRICT.   A spare, casually elegant decor, accented by candlelight and artwork, showcases Fratelli's romantic atmosphere and well-considered cuisine. The menu changes regularly and highlights regional cooking in Italy's various provinces. As a result, you'll always discover something new and intriguing to sample. Along with amazing pastas, you may find prosciutto-wrapped chicken, seared salmon, or terrific, rich lasagna. Several entrees remain in the repertoire, but don't be surprised to find that some of your favorites appear once and are gone. This is the best restaurant!! I've been twice and ordered the same thing because it was so delicious. The atmosphere is great casual yet at the same time refined. The prices are also good for the quality of food. Highly recommended!!
