PRINCETON.   Out near the airport, this well-liked eatery gets lots of business. Brick and wood-paneled walls impart a cozy, rustic ambience, and neon beer signs point out the enormous bar. In fact, it's the major draw. Beer – including microbrews – proves eminently satisfying, both light and dark varieties. Cocktails also find their place on the menu, and wines are available if you crave a glass. The food is largely pub fare, complete with burgers, deli sandwiches, salads, and soups. Food grilled behind the bar is very good and food is reasonable. Drinks are a bit steep, however the bartenders are fun and the bands are generally very good. Saturday karaoke is lots of laughs and surprisingly talented.
