LAWRENCEVILLE.   Located not far from Princeton, this praiseworthy restaurant has elicited raves from critics and patrons alike. Chef-owner Bryan Brodowski shakes up American fare with Asian influences, creating "progressive American cuisine" that dazzles the taste buds. Start with roasted oysters topped with spinach, sweet peppers, bacon, and asiago. Then, indulge in grilled, marinated duck breast with plum sauce, sauteed mahi mahi with lobster-mango salsa, or a mixed grill with duck breast, filet mignon, and Moroccan lamb chops with pumpkin seed pesto.
