DOWNTOWN. Arguably one of Princeton's favorite Asian restaurants, this Japanese establishment is where students and young professionals head when they need a sushi fix. Fresh fish is brought in from New York daily and then fashioned into a variety of beautiful, tasty rolls. Noodle bowls (udon, soba, etc.) make for good slurping and are chock full of good things. Tempura and teriyaki dishes can also be had. Prices tend to be slightly expensive, although that's often a necessary evil for good sushi. Folks are welcome to bring their own alcohol.
