6. Fire and Ice

I was surprised to see this restaurant listed as a top 10 pick in Providence. The ambiance is nice; however, the overall set up does not allow for good service. The wait staff is M.I.A. and the management does not seem to mind seeing a table wait for service or a check. The team on the grill is fun but they don't make up for the rest of the Fire & Ice team. This restaurant is a great deal for lunch but I would pass on it for dinner.

I found the managerial staff to have terrible customer service skills. This was discovered after there was a fly in my friends drink then i found a hair in my food. When the manager(Kevin) was asked to come over in hopes to remedy the situation, he acted as though it was a typical thing and should be expected at a restaurant then even hinted towards the fact that we may have placed the hair in our food after this he seemed to take a relatively condescending position towards us and said that there was nothing that he could do bedsides a give one of us a free meal despite the fact three out of the 4 people eating had found foreign matter(hair, and flies) in there food. After all of this foure did not even apologize, and was very unfriendly as if we were wasting his time.
