Decorated with an Old West theme in mind, the restaurant's dining area is dominated by a cozy rock fireplace and several large paintings. As you might expect, steaks are the Ruby River's specialty, and theirs are slow-roasted and seasoned to-taste. Not in the mood for red meat? The kitchen also serves up a daily fish or seafood special as well as a potpourri of other options, including BBQ pork ribs, chicken, and grilled burgers. Just love the yams at Ruby River! The other food we've tried there has always been wonderful too! Good service.
