3. Crazy Moon

PUERTO PLATA.   Crazy Moon draws everyone, young and old, like the moon calls to the ocean tides. All visitors end up here eventually, and they show off dance moves and pulsate in the shoulder-to-shoulder crowd as it moves in tandem to super-charged Latin and hip-hop music.
