LIMOILOU. Off to the races! Although horse racing in Québec started in the 1700s, on the Plains of Abraham, the Hippodrome wasn't constructed until the early 1900s. Ever since then, though, there has been plenty of racing action here. You can watch the races from the restaurant or bar, and there are a handful of slot machines, too.
