Exceptional service, restaurants, atmosphere. Even the tour of the Chateau was fun and interesting. We had a view of the city and St. Lawrence. Hope to return someday.

I think this is truly one of the great hotels in the world! The views are incredible whether it be looking over the copper topped roofs of the old city or over the river. The architecture evokes fairytale visions---the restaurants and bars are all world class--we hope to return soon.

A phenomenon. Rooms are good-sized, views up and down the St. Lawrence can be sensational. Very nice indoor pool with windows over rooftops of the town. Truly remarkable for those looking for a white Christmas redolent with tradition.
