The Buzz -- Québecois celebrate their patron saint on June 24. Not surprisingly, St-Jean-Baptiste Day, which has been celebrated here since the 1600s, is more popular in Québec than any of Canada's national holidays. Even though the holiday has strong religious roots, you can expect a rowdy celebration that includes everything from singing to beer-drinking.
