The Buzz -- The city’s outdoor arts and crafts festival is the perfect time and place to check out the works of regional artisans. You’ll find one-of-a-kind pottery, jewelry, art glass, textiles, photography and sculpture. If you can’t get to Québec for the festival, check out the Boutique des métiers d'art (maintained by the festival organizers) at 29, rue Notre-Dame in Place Royale.
