VIEUX QUEBEC.   With an open interior and dark mahogany accents, the Pub Saint Alexandre is a thoroughly British-style pub. Assorted quiches and other traditional fare are best eaten with one of the 175 brands of bottled brew from around the world. Support the locals by ordering one of Québec's own microbrews.
