SAINT-JEAN BAPTISTE.   L'Astral is perched high above the crowd atop the 29-floor Concorde Hotel. The restaurant, the only revolving one in the city, makes a complete revolution every 90 minutes and allows diners to take in the entire panorama of Québec City and the Saint-Laurence River. Continental dishes of mussels, veal, seafood and wild game comprise the menu.
