L'ANCIENNE-LORETTE.   Located in the rolling countryside just outside nearby Sainte-Foy, La Tanière offers a welcome escape from the bustle and traffic of the big city. Boasting rustic, hunting lodge-esque décor, the restaurant has managed to maintain an air of charming distinction over the years, thanks mostly to its superb menu.
