As I'm trying to find a recipe for the maple syrup pie I stumble here. I must say this restaurant can't be missed! Maybe it is the interest in my father's French Canadian background or all the same foods my mother made while I was growing up. I just wished she would have made that WONDERFUL pie!

An outstanding restaurant, in an absolutely ancient, but quaint little building. Make it a point to eat here at least once -- not to be missed.

It was a wonderful experience and I have told anyone going to old Quebec to not miss out on the experience. The food was excellent.

One of the best authentic French Canadian restaurants in Quebec. This is the best place to be initiated to foods such as caribou and venison. Absolutely the best - an all around great experience.
