Using only local products, including lettuces and other vegetables from their own garden, the chefs create an ever-changing menu that elevates food to an art form. Game, fish and seafood, and fowl are treated to exotic sauces and a variety of cooking techniques, resulting in beautiful dishes of superb refinement.
