10. East Village Bar and Grill

DOWNTOWN.   Situated at the corner of Dixie Trail and Hillsborough Street, this restaurant's casual and laid-back atmosphere includes a great patio, pubby interior, full bar with a slew of microbrews, and possibly the best burgers in town. The friendly staff welcomes everyone, from families with kids to college students to power lunchers. If you happen to be there on game night, East Village will no doubt have the game tuned in.
