NORTH RALEIGH.   This Brazilian buffet is a carnivore's dream, and the plentiful salad bar offers savory appetizers, veggies and grains, of which you may easily make a meal. After grazing on starters, fill your plate up with as many meats as you wish, from picanha (rump steak seasoned with kosher salt) to slow-roasted pork ribs and sliced leg of lamb to chicken breasts wrapped in bacon. Side dishes, such as bread, potatoes and black beans, are served family-style.
