RAPID CITY.   Culver's Wisconsin-style custard is a real treat: dense, creamy, and created with both eggs and cream. It curries much favor and comes in a variety of flavors, including caramel cashew, raspberry cordial, brownie thunder, and chocolate eclair. Flavors alternate regularly, and you can also get sundaes, milkshakes, and other dessert concoctions.
