5. Firehouse Brewing Company

DOWNTOWN.   Adorned with firefighting memorabilia, this brewpub takes absolute delight in its 1915 firehouse setting and even boasts a firepole from the second floor. The place is a Rapid City fixture, and both beer and food are excellent. The menu includes English pub fare and such American standards as burgers, steaks, ribs, sandwiches, soups, and fresh seafood.
