DOWNTOWN.   A sunny, textural interior of brick, copper, and wood serves as an apt complement to this restaurant's creative, flavorful cuisine. MJ Adams, the chef-owner, brings a French-urban sensibility to her restaurant, and Rapid City literally eats it up. Premium ingredients go far to distinguish the fare, which includes salmon with rhubarb chutney, shredded pheasant in phyllo, buffalo empanadas, and braised lamb shanks with preserved lemons. A terrific wine list heightens all these flavors, and lovely desserts provide a delicious cap to the entire experience. A great find.   (© 10Best)
