5. Enigma

DOWNTOWN.   Although the Radisson's signature restaurant may be named "Enigma," there's no mystery about its wonderful cuisine. Chef Gunter Schnepp has been with the place for many years, and his talents only grow. Perfectly cooked, tender steaks and chops are a restaurant favorite, but diners are sometimes fortunate enough to find dishes that honor Schnepp's Austrian heritage, like goulash, wiener schnitzel, and spaetzle. His chili also elicits raves from locals and has been honored at area competitions.   (© 10Best)
