RAPID CITY.   If you're looking for national retail chains, this mall is your best bet. It's the largest such facility for hundreds of miles around, and its 110 stores deliver practically anything you could need. Anchor stores include JCPenney, Sears, Target, and Herberger's, and other familiar businesses include Gap, Eddie Bauer, Old Navy, Victoria's Secret, Waldenbooks, and Zales Jewelers.
