Built to resemble log cabins, they sit in the parking lots of major shopping centers throughout town. This convenience allows motorists to stop off quickly and pick up a premium espresso drink created from the company's own signature blend of beans. A variety of different formulations can be requested, and hot chocolate, teas, and Italian sodas and breakfast items add to the repertoire.

RAPID CITY. Culver's Wisconsin-style custard is a real treat: dense, creamy, and created with both eggs and cream. It curries much favor and comes in a variety of flavors, including caramel cashew, raspberry cordial, brownie thunder, and chocolate eclair. Flavors alternate regularly, and you can also get sundaes, milkshakes, and other dessert concoctions. If you need a prelude to such decadence, the eatery offers burgers, salads, chicken, seafood, and a handful of Mexican dishes.

RAPID CITY. This well-loved ice cream shop tempts folks with a menu of more than 100 flavors, and on any given day, you'll find at least 40 of them available. They're not just run-of-the-mill offerings either, as chai, marionberry, and snickerdoodle indicate. If you're up for more decadence and a little texture, add mix-ins to your favorite flavor. Baked goods, cookies, milkshakes, and bagels also appear, and premium chocolates are unbelievably tasty.
