From caviar pancakes to monkfish tagine, from lobster cassoulet to fried smelts, the menu is a revelation that constantly offers new surprises. The narrow dining room is all geometry and ambient light, intriguing enough that you know you're in for a treat and spare enough that it doesn't detract from the exciting food.
