The owner, Steve admitted to charging my credit card for a new padded envelope and sent me a used one instead. I'm all for recycling, but don't charge me for something new and send me something used. When I called to inquire about the charge, Steve refused to credit my account. I will never, nor will I recommend anyone doing business with this company.
