8. Nature Fair and Plant Sale

The Buzz -- This fun-filled family event is free and open to the public. Children will be able to observe bug collections, birds, snakes, turtles, water and plant exhibits. They will be able to make their own terrariums, create self portraits, make butterfly catchers, and bird feeders. Children can fish in the lake across the street from the school grounds and make fish prints. Herb, flower and vegetable plants will be for sale in the school greenhouse. Food and handmade items will also be available for sale. The Fair will be held in the gym if it rains.
