To say that Millie's is a diner is a bit like saying a Cadillac is a car. It's technically a true statement, but this description stops well short of presenting an accurate picture. Located in Richmond's Church Hill neighborhood, this intimate restaurant features low ceilings, a handful of booths and tables, and eclectic art. Choose from the wonderfully innovative dishes offered by appropriately named chef Russell Cook and his staff. The menu changes every three weeks, much to the delight of the loyal locals.
