ROCHESTER.   A Rochester standard since the first Reagan administration, Roscoe's enjoys fame that's not limited to Minnesota's southeast corner – no, their ribs have walked away with several trophies over the last decade or so, most of which are showcased in the dining area. Go for either a slab of BBQ ribs, smoked chicken, or a pulled pork sandwich, and be sure to team it up with an order of JoJo potaoes, BBQ beans, or homemade potato salad.
