5. Ponte Fabricio

Built in 62 BC, this stately bridge is comprised of two massive arcades and is the oldest remaining structure crossing the Tiber River. The bridge begins near the Theater of Marcellus and crosses over to Tiber Island, where the Roman Ponte leads into Trastevere.   (© 10Best)
