SALARIO-NOMENTANA.   The Piper has been going strong for over 30 years and is still a major magnet for all the well-heeled youths of Rome on a Friday night. The décor has been updated, the music is house and what's hot right now, and the general leitmotiv seems to be pure disco entertainment.
