4. l'emilia romana

I've been in a wonderful restaurant during my last holiday on the Saint Easther called l'Emilia romana.In this restaurant you can eat two of the most important italian food specialities:the old roman specialities and the magnificant specialities from bologna and modena(tortellini,balsamic vinegar of modena,prosciutto di Parma,the real parmigiano reggiano).You can drink the most important italian wines like Chianti,Sangiovese,Barbera,Lambrusco and the wonderful Montalcino. You can eat food of high quality at a cheap price. All the dessert and cakes are made directly from the chef. All the pasta are handmade. And finally the staff is very kind and gentle,and speaks a very good english. So you must go absolutely.
