This new establishment offers Rome a fresh approach to both food and restoration. The space is airy and well decorated, resembling a private living room with armchairs, sofas and even the owner's dog, a lovely boxer called Dustin. The crowd here is very hip, but relaxed. Because of its ideal position, tucked into a tiny street in the center, Etablì is very popular among locals and visitors alike. Etablì it's an incredible restaurant and lounge bar, it's beautifull & the food is very very good, I really reccomend it, ask for the two brothers Aureli, very nice guys! (wi-fi connection & A/C inside)
