PRATI.   The wood-fired grill in this family-operated restaurant provides an inviting atmosphere for all to enjoy. Guests can stop by the conveniently located establishment after visiting the Vatican. Among the Tuscan selections available on the menu is a hearty vegetable soup (ribollita).
