Two English women opened Babington's in 1893 order to give homesick visiting Brits a taste of home. It is located in a prime location at the foot of the Spanish steps. You can order an expensive cup of tea along with scones or other English treats. Metro: Spagna.

here you can get an euro 8- cup of tea (average quality). Additional (and free of charge) is a really rude and nasty service! Keep off this place!

This is a tea house. Tried their Royal Blend Tea. Tasted like hot water, was flavourless. I told them, they said Manager would be in touch. I left my coordinates, have heard nothing.

A wonderful glimpse into the past. Very Victorian in atmosphere and the food though simple is really delicious. The service is discreet and pleasant. There is a picture of Mrs. Babbington on the wall and she looks down approvingly on all her guests. A little expensive but worth the experience. If you like time machines and you have a romantic imagination this is the place for you.
