2. Jazz Jubilee

The Buzz -- More than 100,000 fans attend this, the world's largest festival celebrating traditional jazz. With over 40 venues, from large hotel ballrooms and the convention center to cozy and intimate clubs, plenty of action and variety suit everyone, including kids. The most energetic Jubilee-goers head to the streets of Old Town on Friday night for mini-festivals, which might highlight blues, zydeco, or swing. Performers come from all over the country and include vocalists to three-piece acoustic combos, from 10-piece Dixieland bands to full orchestras.
