My husband took me there on our 21st anniversary, he was so excited to take me to a nice new place to try. We have tried many restaurants all over. We wanted to try something new outside of our favorites near home. We were so dissapointed with the portions of the food, it's too overpriced for what you are served. I didn't care for the atmosphere either, too much of an outdated setting. It was more of an older crowd for me (no offense) I'm in my 40's and that seemed too stuffy of a restaurant. Don't think I'll go back, I'm glad I tried it just to say been there, done that.

Would never go back.
I took my wife there for 25th wedding anniv, and I was very disappointed. I judge a restaurant on décor / service / food. Unfortunately, I was disappointed on all three. The décor was "1970s West Palm Beach." It looked like the set of hit TV series "golden girls." It was the day after Memorial day, so it may not be a great day to go out to a restaurant, the server was very pleasant, but very slow. Not very attentive. We asked for oil / balsamic with the bread and it never came. My wife is a vegetarian and her dinner was served with shrimp. The food was OK. We waited so long, by the time we were served I would have eaten anything. I would not go back there again if they gave me a free dinner. To end on a positive note, the valet gave me good directions to get back on the freeway.

Biba Restaurant in Sacramento was terrible. It was the first time in my life that I had to send back unedible food. Plus the atmosphere was too loud to be a romantic restaurant... and without the promised pianist. The service and the wine was pretty good. But the food was the worst I have ever had... and the most I have ever paid. We had to get dinner someplace else AFTER Biba because we were unsatisfied and still hungry... but were out eighty dollars.
