8. Town Hall Square

Located in the heart of the city's commercial center is this neoclassical square. The carefully designed plan was created during the early 19th century by esteemed architect Jean-Michel Dalgabio. Today the square is lined with stylish shops and sophisticated office buildings. Reminders of the silk neighborhood that once thrived in this very spot are still evident.   (© 10Best)
